(AP) ? The Tampa Bay Rays have put AL Cy Young Award winner David Price on the 15-day disabled list because of a strained left triceps.

This is the first time in Price's career that he has been on the DL. The left-hander departed his start Wednesday night against Boston in the third inning with the injury.

Price has struggled this season, going 1-4 with a 5.24 ERA in nine starts.
